Senior Business Analyst for Performance Management Team

You drive performance measurement on contracts 
In the role as Senior Business Analyst you will perform a wide variety of tasks. Your primary task is to be responsible for a number of contracts with a financial perspective in mind, where you, together with project managers, ensure that all aspects of finance are fully updated in relation to both actuals and forecast. You are eager in your mindset towards working with the project and to continuously improve the financials. In addition to your tasks, you will contribute to the development of enhancing performance management in Systematic and drive a number of processes and tasks within the team. You will become part of the Performance Management team, which currently consists of 8 employees. As our Senior Business Analyst you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced organisation where co-operation and trust is a key component in our approach.

Our Finance department is on a journey to improve our processes and footprint within the organisation. You can therefore expect to be part of this journey, where both your role and Systematic will evolve over time.

On this journey, you can expect a variety of tasks which will include:

  • Performance measurement and profitability analysis of the contracts which you are responsible for
  • Drive month-end tasks in our ERP system and in close cooperation with the project
  • Forecasting and budgeting on contracts
  • Acting as a sparring partner for the projects and project managers
  • Communicate and present financial data for non-financial stakeholders
  • Participate in bids and project calculations
  • Driving and leading a number of processes within the finance team

Solid financial background and a commercial mindset 
To succeed in this role, you need to have a thorough financial understanding, whilst having good communications skills as well. You will be a valued sparring partner for not only the project managers you work with, but also your colleagues in our finance team. With your financial foundation and commercial mindset you provide valuable insights and opinions for relevant stakeholders. In Systematic we strive to make a difference. Experienced Senior Business Analyst/Project Controller 
Ideally, you have a bachelors or master’s degree in business administration/Finance or alike and some years of experience as either a Business Analyst, Project Controller or similar. You are analytical, curious of nature and dare to take on both small and large tasks, where your focus is always on execution.

Furthermore, it describes you that:

  • You take pride in your tasks and deliver as agreed
  • Have a high level of integrity
  • Enjoy building and maintaining relations
  • Have a desire to take on a number of tasks where no task is to small
  • Enjoy working with operational tasks as well as tactical tasks
  • Take initiative and responsibility to ensure success
  • Are motivated by being able to develop our business processes and organisation

Last but not least you speak and write english fluently
