Senior Campaign Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Marketing Specialist who will manage, innovate and drive the execution of our go-to-market plans across our varied product portfolio. Using innovative digital tactics, you will target different personas and identify where in the marketing funnel they are. You will be part of the Group Marketing International & Communications (GMIC) team. The Group Marketing team consists of an experienced team of specialists to support you and you will have a broad interaction across departments. Based on best practice marketing processes, you and the team support local field marketing specialists with the implementation of campaigns that involve content creation, design, production of assets, and identifying the right channels for the campaigns.

You will play a central role in the group team, applying and optimizing processes that help us deliver excellent and high-quality marketing output, drive brand awareness, and generate a strong pipeline to sales.

What We Require of You

  • At least BA or BS degree required 
  • At least 5 years of B2B digital marketing experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and preferably other marketing automation tools (Pardot; HubSpot)
  • Agile marketing experience
  • Excellent in project management and process-oriented
  • Able to work with multiple timelines concurrently
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experienced in lead gen focused campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent with numbers and marketing reporting tools
  • Service-minded
  • Results driven and self-motivated

You are highly organized, with a strong attention to detail, and a personality that makes people want to follow you. You have either worked as a Campaign Manager at a large creative agency, or a mid-sized to large corporate marketing department.

You have excellent planning skills and know when to initiate a planning process to ensure we have time enough – at all stages - to set us up for success. You have a broad digital marketing background which enables you to identify discrepancies or gaps throughout planning and execution phases. You are familiar with digital marketing channels and tools and enjoy measuring and reporting on results of the campaigns, which you share with your stakeholders in an easy, digestible manner.

You will have the full picture of our marketing campaigns and play a central role in ensuring that they are well executed, tested and on time. You will communicate plans and coordinate execution with key stakeholders and the country teams and act as the liaison between teams.

Finally, we expect you to have a balanced personality where team spirit and efficiency go hand in hand. You are assertive and have a good sense of humor.
