Senior Compensation & Benefit Specialist

A global team in our Centre of Expertise

You will operate within our Centre of Expertise where we conceptualise, set, develop and implement Group wide policies, programmes, projects and processes. The C&B Centre of Expertise is structured to be a lean and mean function providing thought leadership and expertise in addressing business related issues. We are currently 6 colleagues based around the world, focusing on creating the optimum framework for the delivery of C&B services to the business, always balancing the need to globalise our processes and local impact.

Reporting to the Head of Performance & Reward, you will gain significant exposure to the Grundfos business, giving you the opportunity to establish relations across a global company. In short: our development will lead to your development.

 

Help ensure a great, global C&B setup

Essentially, you will partner with internal stakeholders to scope out global C&B priorities and projects, ensuring our shared service centres have an aligned approach to C&B. This entails ensuring that global/Group C&B policies, programmes and processes are fit for purpose, competitive, compliant and seamless.

 

Using fact based analysis to frame and/or solve C&B related issues, you lead and/or participate in the implementation of global projects and initiatives. Moreover, you provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on C&B related issues. Finally, you keep abreast of market trends, legislative changes and research etc.

 

Experience in C&B, implementing regional/global projects

Working both independently and under direct supervision of project leads or the Head of Performance & Reward, you need to have sound understanding of compensation & benefits and performance managements principles to ensure the smooth delivery of global processes and/or assist in the implementation of global projects. You will be working with a big change agenda, so being resilient and enjoying occasionally working without precedent will take you far. This also calls for your analytical skills and close attention to detail. Moreover, you may hold a Bachelor's or a Master's degree within HR or similar, but most important to us is that you:

                    

  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience from a similar role and/or within C&B
  • Have previous experience from a regional or headquarter role with hands-on experience in implementing regional/global projects
  • Master a job evaluation system, preferably IPE, and are a true Excel wiz
  • Fluency in English both written and oral is a prerequisite
  • Knowledge of and experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is a definite advantage
  • Preferably have experience from an industry with the white- and blue-collar workforce in Denmark and/or in a consultancy setup
