The opportunity

The future of work is increasingly hybrid, where the office is but one of the places from where we work. However, the office still has an important role to play – and we advise our clients on how to design and build their future workplaces. We help our clients solve challenges like:

  • How do we design workplaces that support the diverse needs of our greatest asset: our people?
  • How can we integrate digital and physical technology to provide a great Employee Experience at home and at the office?
  • How do we ensure workplaces are sustainable, inclusive, flexible, and intelligent?
  • From visioning through concept prototyping and implementation, you will ensure workplaces holistically create the best People Experience, aligned to the strategic needs of our clients. You will leverage your own experience and work closely with EY’s cross-functional community, including people/HR and technology consultants. 

    You will have the opportunity to continue to develop your skills and experience by leveraging EY’s diverse competencies within, for example, business culture and ways of working, Real Estate, Facilities Management, technology innovation, data analytics, and change management.

    Your key responsibilities  

    You will work in a team that is responsible for helping clients improve their ways of working and People Experiences through experience design, workplace design, space management, Facilities Management services, people analytics, and workplace technology. To be successful, it’s important that you can understand and document clients’ requirements, engage in both strategic thinking and tactical/operational planning and execution, and contribute to designing and implementing solutions.

    Ideally, you can demonstrate:

  • Strong self-motivation and drive
  • Dedication to deliver high-quality results with a focus on detail 
  • Ability to learn and work independently
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Experience in stakeholder and project management
  • Required Qualifications & Experience
    To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Economics, Engineering, Management/Business Administration, Psychology, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish (verbal and written)
  • Experience in Real Estate services, Facilities Management, Customer/People Experience analysis and service design, and/or Strategy
  • Interest in how we can improve the way we work in general experience/modern employer concepts and similar
  • Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • 2-4 years’ experience in consulting or similar function from industry
