The role

Within Global Supply Chain, WSA is looking for a we are looking for a new executive to consolidate business intelligence around markets, products, and any factor impacting the sales behaviors. This person will then translate and communicate these accurate forecasts within the organization to ensure optimal inventory and reach our expected service level to our customers and countries.
In addition to forecasting activities, it is expected for the role to identify process & automation opportunities to ensure stability, progression, and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.
Main responsibilities are:
? Drive Global Demand planning and S&OP process, ensure communication with stakeholders to understand/share future requirements, and timely look after risks & opportunities that may affect the hearing aid products. Being able to influence and understand detailed behavior at country and product level as well as understanding guidelines of Sales budgets and forecasts
? Forecast future consumption (sell-in) for 12 Months visibility per country & item level for Sales companies, based on statistical analysis, stakeholders’ inputs (consensus FC), and stock holdings at affiliate site or distribution center - Create and maintain forecast models at multiple levels
? Analyze global demand behavior, trends, outliers, bias, accuracy vs previous projections, budgets, sales forecasts, etc.
? Identify opportunities on stock holdings and control inventory levels with sales companies and distribution centers
? Understand New project launches and requirements for hearing aids according to product launch plan
? Understand End of Life plan and apply transitions into forecasts according to country plans.

The ideal profile

Minimum 5 year of working experience in analyzing big data and forecasting sales demand using Excel and statistical tools, in mid- to large-scale international organizations, able to handle complex issues and large amount of data.

? Knowledge and expertise in business statistics preferred
? Strong in business analytics tools such as Power BI
? You are skilled in PowerPoint and have advanced Excel experience
? A people-oriented person who is always looking for solutions and bringing quality improvements,
with a “can-do” attitude
? Proficient in excel and prior experience with databases is a must
? Provide innovative thinking and strategies which includes analyzing market trends in order to
develop disruptive approaches to the business
? Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills working with global stakeholders
? Display strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with people across all
levels and seniority
? A creative and innovative individual to drive and bring new ideas to the team.
