In our team, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) – Processes and Projects, we are 45 project and process managers responsible for the projects and processes across four technical centres of excellence in AME. You will work closely with global project managers on projects and activities within the delivery of production equipment. Create a great resource overview

Working at our HQ in Bjerringbro, Denmark, you will be responsible for optimising the resource planning of 300 colleagues in AME. This entails creating an overview of hours needed and spent, short and long-term scenario planning for projects and activities as well as proposals for project and time management.

Managing our portfolio of projects and activities, you continuously drive and optimise our planning processes to enable AME to become efficient and cost focused. Specifically, you:

  • Ensure alignment with our capabilities across the value-chain and escalate when needed.
  • Consolidate portfolio and roadmaps according to decisions.
  • Prepare and manage monthly decision meetings within AME.
  • Ensure communication across AME and create mandates to appointed leaders.
  • Collaborate with the AME Finance department regarding project execution and budgeting.

Experience from a project management office

You will work across borders and organizational levels, so you need to have excellent communication skills to explain and argue key purpose and benefit of your processes and create trust among your colleagues. Also, you have the passion to lead, deliver, and at the same time keep high quality standards,” says Kjeld.

  • You have a background as an Engineering or a master’s degree within Logistic, Business Administration or similar.
  • Preferably, you have a few years of experience from a technical project management office, or as a consultant within project planning and execution, giving you the ability to conduct structured analyses.
  • You have a successful track record of efficient and optimised project and resource planning, creating a quick turnaround time, high quality and a focus on cost.
  • You speak and write English effortlessly.
