Key Responsibility:
Own one of Maersk’s key B2B integration platforms. Be responsible for stability and performance across all environments Drive modernization efforts to support company strategies. Drive an ownership mentality in a DEVSECOPS way of working, following, and developing best practices and ensuring alignment with Maersk strategic direction Serve as overall delivery lead for all engineering initiatives/projects including migration, capability enablement, architecture modernization, platform support, etc. Lead team to solutions of technical/engineering challenges encountered during day-to-day work. Recruit, retain, coach, and inspire team members to develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary, diverse and distributed team Cultivate an engineering culture with continuous learning, and focus on collaboration, diversity, equity and Inclusive) Set team objectives to support corporate strategies together with the measurable method to monitor and drive the outcome Manage a vast internal and external stakeholder group for transparency, collaboration, and alignment. We are looking for a talent has a strong background with below technologies:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Oracle SOA Suite Oracle Weblogic Server Oracle Database Oracle MFT Oracle JAVA Axway EDI standards - ANSI X12 & EDIFACT – XML schemas, JSON, positional flat-file and UDF SFTP, AS2, SMTP, HTTPS protocols Certificate management, encryption In addition, we’re looking for proven experience in these areas:
Managing business critical EDI integration platforms to support complex business Coaching and mentoring a team of not less than 10 direct reports, providing technical and career guidance in development and operation areas Identifying system limitations and creating high level plans and approaches to solve technical issues Software development and various methodologies such as DEVOPS, Waterfall, Kanban, and hybrid models, CI/CD Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively with team members, higher management, and external stakeholders Ideally experience in Logistics and Service industry business Ideally experience in Agile/Scrum, PMP methodologies We expect you also have:
