ABOUT THE POSITION:

As Senior Finance Manager at Baettr, you will have a global role and be responsible for our Factory in Lem, DK, our Sales Company (HQ), and our German Group Companies.

The overall goal for the Senior Finance Manager is to guide the management team in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.

The Senior Finance Manager will monitor the day-to-day financial operations (transactional accounting) for the business. Ensure all bookkeeping and financial related reporting are in accordance with local GAAP, tax regulations, IFRS and Baettr Group Policies.

You will be part of a competent and dedicated Global Finance team, with Finance Managers around the world, and you will have 4 dedicated employees as direct reports to support you.

You will report directly to our CFO.

The work location will be the company address in Lem, Denmark, with the possibility to work from home from time to time.

Key task and responsibilities:

  • Motivate and development of your finance team
  • Lead month-end closing process
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
  • Manage audit including statutory, tax
  • Ensure to keep good separation of supply chain and factory performance
  • Follow up on KPIs/budgets and business cases- incl. support in strategy deployment process
  • Manage the cash position and cash forecasting
  • Evaluation and measure return of investment
  • Support on ad hoc analyses and projects

Our expectation to you:

  • You hold an advanced degree in accounting, business economic, finance, or proven record from similar position
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a finance role
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • You are a strong leader that take pride in motivating your team
  • You set the direction of the team and define the tasks and projects while encouraging and developing your employees
  • You are comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
  • Experience with ERP systems (AX2012 will be an advantage)
  • You have solid English skills

You are a team player with a strong business sense. You can manage, guide and lead employees to ensure use of appropriate financial processes, and you have an advanced ability to communicate in intercultural environment and to various functional stakeholders
