As the Senior Global Brand Manager Plant Based, based in Arla Food’s global headquarters in Aarhus Denmark, you will work alongside with a team of passionate marketers, who are driving a development of brands in Milk Based Beverage (MBB) Category and are shaping a future of Dairy. As consumer needs, preferences and global trends are changing significantly in the last years, future of Dairy should include Non-Dairy alternatives. Therefore, a new position in Marketing team is created now.

As a Senior Global Brand Manager Plant Based you will be reporting to the Global Marketing Director. In this role, you will have maximum visibility throughout the organisation and equal impact.

Bring a new Plan Based Brand in Arla portfolio to life: From a strong brand vision & strategy to world class execution

Arla company is on exciting journey of shaping a future of Arla and Arla farmers by fulfilling changing consumers needs and securing a leadership positions in all types of Dairy range. In this journey Plant Based Dairy alternatives were identified as growth opportunities. Strong thought through analysis and in depth consumer understanding will become a strong base for the unique opportunity to shape and create a new rising star brand, that will cover all the areas of the marketing mix – from setting up brand vision and up to crafting commercial plans.

You do this in close cooperation with the local market teams, agency partners, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights as well as the global NPD and Product Management teams. In overview, your primary tasks will be to:

  • Shape overall brand vision, strategy and plans, based on the knowledge and development work created by now
  • Lead Brand Communication development and 360 executions (TTL)
  • Lead or lead others in Product, Packaging and Innovation pipeline development
  • Together with lead markets create and deliver strong launch plans, covering all 6Ps of marketing mix, as well as route-to-market
  • Secure strategic alignment across key stakeholders
  • Manage and lead external agency relationships

Ambitious brand champion with excellent commercial flair

You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Economics or similar and have between 5 and 10 years’ brand management experience. You are passionate about brands and have an experience in creating successful brands. You excel in the entire journey from gathering consumer insights through strategy development to creating breakthrough communication and innovation, which leads to commercial success. You have a result oriented, “start-up”, entrepreneur mindset and able to challenge the boundaries if needed. You have a positive and outgoing personality, that enables you to work with people across cultures and to create strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
