Senior HR SuccessFactors Consultant

Join our global HR organization

Join us as a senior HR system consultant to take on a challenging and central role in our global HR organization as you use your business insight and system expert knowledge to help ensure successful global deployment of our HR system SuccessFactors. You will build a wide network in the organization as you take on a role with a high degree of collaboration and stakeholder management.

 

At our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark, you will join our System & Process team consisting of 4 consultants in charge of the global deployment of SuccessFactors. You collaborate closely with process owners, our IT organization as well as external vendors.
 

Drive successful global system deployment 
As a senior SuccessFactors specialist, you act as the intermediary between the HR process owners and the systems, clarifying for collaboration partners how the system can accommodate their needs. Doing so, you ensure overall satisfaction in the business regarding HR system design, training and user guides. Driving the continuous improvement and development of SuccessFactors, you:

 

  • provide expert consultancy
  • drive projects regarding the implementation of global processes and SuccessFactors and contribute to project planning in connection with system updates and go-lives
  • support/drive system design on the basis of defined processes as well as write test cases and perform testing
  • train HR staff and the business in the use of SuccessFactors
  • participate in a range of projects within selected HR modules


Business understanding and experience deploying HR systems
On a personal level, you are outgoing and proactive, and you are known for your unfailing good spirits and personal drive. Your excellent stakeholder management skills allow you to influence others as you communicate with colleagues across all levels of the organization. Moreover, you are highly solution-oriented by nature, and you take an analytical approach to your tasks, using meticulous planning to ensure progress. While you know how to take a helicopter view of your work, you are always ready to dive into detail. In addition, you:

 

  • have solid business and HR understanding
  • have at least 5 years of experience as an HR system consultant
  • have expert knowledge of SuccessFactors and experience with SAP
  • have previously worked with variable pay, merit and performance management – preferably in SuccessFactors
  • are an accomplished data analyst with solid Excel crunching skills
  • speak and write English fluently
