Senior IT Business Consultant with a strong commercial mind-set (Aarhus)

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Consultant with a strong commercial mindset who is used to working with assessments and IT strategy implementation.

The preferred candidate has a desire to inspire and lead commercial engagements towards new and existing clients in Jutland, in collaboration with NNIT’s Sales and Delivery teams. Thus, ensuring the continuous development of our IT project portfolio with new and existing clients.

Your responsibilities

The perfect candidate is flexible in terms of taking on various roles with our clients, putting their experiences and competences into play in the best possible way. The key driver for you should be your curiosity and you being eager to continuously evolve and deliver concepts revolving around assessments and IT strategy implementations.

You can expect to be involved in our major client engagement teams. Here, you take part in obtaining client intelligence, identifying pain points and inspiring the client, with the aim of becoming the client’s trusted advisor. You will be involved in defining the strategy leading to the client engagement approach. Tasks can vary from business case definition to large group facilitation and specific delivery responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Help develop services within assessments and IT strategy implementation
  • Sell and implement IT projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with the customers’ key stakeholders
  • Analyzing client pain points and ensuring that NNIT always adds value and continuously help our clients develop
  • Account planning and identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Advise clients on digital transformation
  • Address client issues and requests with speed and efficiency
  • Collaborate with NNIT Sales and Delivery teams to generate new business opportunities
  • You will be part of NNIT Consulting and the Private & Public West client team

    In NNIT Consulting we are approximately 100 consultants organized in various client teams and service teams. The candidate we are looking for will become part of our Private & Public West client team and will primarily be working from Aarhus. 

    The Private & Public West client team in Aarhus currently consists of 14 fun and ambitious consultants working with the largest companies in Jutland. We are a fast-growing team and have great ambitions to grow even more.     Your qualifications and experience

    Most importantly, you demonstrate great drive and motivation, a business-orientated mindset and the ability to lead your colleagues and client team members to do their outmost. You can take control, make decisions and ensure progress in demanding situations.

    To succeed in this role, it is important that you have: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Business Consultant and/or Project Manager. Preferably with experience within assessments and IT strategy implementation.
  • Experience from roles like Project or Program Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Change Manager, Senior IT Advisor or IT Business Partner
  • Worked within consulting and possess an advisory mind-set
  • Experience from working in an integrated international delivery team
  • A great passion for understanding our clients’ business and seeking out opportunities in identifying, driving and developing ongoing and new client engagements 
  • Have a commercial mindset ensuring that both client demand and NNIT’s services are developed
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable with Executive Management presentations
