Senior Market Strategy Analyst/Manager

Play a key role in our global strategic transformation

In order to succeed with the global strategic transformation, we are looking for a Market Strategy Sr. Analyst/Manager, (depending on seniority), who will become part of the Market Intel & Strategy team, which is part of Field Marketing in our Europe & Pacific Region. The team is responsible for strengthening our strategic muscle throughout the region in close collaboration with our Global Business Development team in Sales and other functions.

In this role, you can expect exposure to a wide variety of commercial tasks and projects related to go-to-market strategies, customer experience, commercial planning and execution. You will lead your own projects while supporting our sales and marketing organization in creating impact continuously.

One of the main commercial initiatives you will lead is our Dealer Program. You will drive the design and execution of an updated go-to-market strategy and improved dealer experience with the overall purpose of establishing new and strengthening existing partnerships. The Dealer Program spans across sales, service, marketing and customer service and was initiated to drive sales growth, improve our margins and finally improve our Net Promoter Score. Thanks to your efforts, Nilfisk will be positioned among the strongest players in the market.

You will be based in the HQ of Nilfisk located in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen) and report to the Head of Market Intel & Strategy.

Who are you?

We imagine you hold a master’s degree and have 2-5 years of consultant experience from a leading consulting company, alternatively a similar position from the industry. You are passionate and dedicated about leading and driving projects. You have a pragmatic approach and support projects in order for them to succeed. You can work independently and ensure high quality of deliverables. In addition, you:

  • Have a proven track record of driving commercial strategic projects
  • Thrive in collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Have a strong commercial, customer centric and analytical mindset
  • Possess excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management
  • Enjoys working at a strategic level but can also have a hands-on and operational approach
