Responsibilities:
You will have full responsibility for ensuring EHS and quality in every aspect, owning the technical responsibility for solutions. You will prepare technical specifications (both 3D, CAD, instructions and calculations), validate and approve technical documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant directives, standards and regulation You will work with concept development of new equipment and manufacturing concepts, driving innovation and new development You will give support to product design, engineering and plants You will perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering codes You will work with CE marking and risk assessments for energy industries and/or manufacturing processes You will prepare DFMEA, DRA and operational RA with compliance to Machinery Directive and relevant standards (ISO 12100 among others) You will give support to the documentation department by preparing technical documents and user manuals
Qualifications/Requirements:
You are a mechanical engineer (BSc or MSc) You have 3-7 years’ experience with development/manufacturing including experience with HSEQ and risk assessment You have experience with development of large machines/machine design You are a Safexpert® user You have experience with CAD (NX, SW, Inventor etc) and PDM You have knowledge within HSE and quality (CE, OHSAS) You have a strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk (i.e. risk assessment or risk analyst) You have hand-on experience using design and calculation software You have understanding of Lean A professional risk manager (PRM) certification is an advantage.
