We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead the evolution and development of the end to end fundamentals of Sitecore products.

The role of a Fundamentals Senior Product Manager covers specific areas:

  • Defining and delivering the security, deployment, performance, scalability, upgrade, deployment and compliance roadmap for our products
  • Being a ‘Subject Matter Expert’, by understanding prospects and customers, delivering strategic assessments and benchmarking against market expectations

Key tasks include:

  • Research, discovery and understanding of security, performance, scalability, upgrade, deployment and compliance opportunities for Sitecore products
  • Set priorities for engineering based on security, performance, scalability, upgrade, deployment and compliance needs
  • Determine the required functionality to be enabled, built and tested to address the above opportunities and needs
  • Prioritize and direct security, deployment, scaling and performance testing efforts
  • Provide input to various documentation deliverables such as Security Hardening Guide and Performance white papers
  • Participate in product Incident Response efforts
  • Respond to questions from sales RFPs
  • Participate in customer calls when needed, respond to requests from Sales Engineers and Technical Services when required
  • Ensure our product offering complies with relevant legislation and standards associated with our global markets.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across the company to explain our value proposition as well as working closely with key customers and partners to continually improve the product offering.

Ideally you will have:

  • A keen understanding of all the elements which make up a secure, robust and compliant product with a customer centric view.
  • Recognized security and performance domain expertise
  • Knowledge of geo-distributed environments, scaled environments and cloud deployment (Azure in particular)
  • Understanding of privacy by design principles, ISO security standards and GDPR knowledge
  • Knowledge of enterprise deployment, configuration and upgrade
  • Familiarity with software development processes (Agile, SAFe, Scrum)
  • A demonstrated ability to deliver products as outlined above

You should be/have:

  • Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile
  • A creative thinker with skills in critical analysis
  • Superior attention to detail in developing product documentation and analyses
  • Precise and effective customer communications, especially for internal customers
  • An ability to think creatively and strategically, while executing methodically
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
