Om stillingen Dine primære opgaver og arbejdsområder:

  •  Facilitere og proceslede igangværende innovationsprojekter imellem 2-4 virksomheder og videninstitutioner
  •  Identificere nye potentielle innovationsprojekter og være med til at sammensætte det rette team af samarbejdspartnere på tværs af industrien
  •  Fundraising af midler til kommende innovationsprojekter
  •  Holde overblik og sikre at projekterne når fra tegnebrættet og ud i industrien
  •  Formidle samarbejde mellem vores medlemmer, der både tæller virksomheder, myndigheder og forsknings- og uddannelsesinstitutioner

 

Dine kompetencer og profil

Som projektleder og facilitator er dine vigtigste kompetencer drive, gå-på-mod og nysgerrighed. Du bliver en del af et team af ildsjæle med høj faglighed, der alle brænder for at sikre, at nye og innovative løsninger finder vej ud i den danske energiindustri. Du skal være en problemløser af natur, opsøgende, selvstændig og initiativrig – og du skal ikke være bange for at blive kastet ud på dybt vand. Samarbejde, kommunikation og fokus på resultater er nøgleord i jobbet som projektleder og facilitator hos Energy Innovation Cluster. Vi forventer, at du har 2-3 års erhvervserfaring og en relevant faglig baggrund, gerne inden for energiområdet, procesledelse og forretningsudvikling. Energy Innovation Cluster arbejder efter de gængse principper for agil projektledelse sammenkoblet med erfaringer fra et utal at tidligere innovationsprojektforløb.

KILDE Automation er en innovativ virksomhed, som leverer produktionslinjer, specialmaskiner og automationsløsninger til kunder, på tværs af brancher, både nationalt og internationalt. Virksomheden beskæftiger omkring 70 medarbejdere, heraf ca. 35 ingeniører og teknikere.

Har du den tekniske erfaring fra automationsbranchen, og lederegenskaberne som et udviklingsteam kræver?

 Vi søger en projektleder som er godt funderet i automationsbranchen, som kender til de udfordringer, der er i at bygge specialmaskiner og som har det drive der skal til for at gennemføre et udviklingsprojekt med både mekanisk konstruktion, el-konstruktion og softwareudvikling.

Vores projekter er af meget forskellig karakter både mht. anvendt teknologi og størrelse. Der vil være rige muligheder for at arbejde med de mange forskellige typer kunder, som vi leverer specialmaskiner til. Der vil også være muligheder for projektledelse af udviklingsprojekter inden for vores program af standardmaskiner til termoform-branchen.

 Det vil være en fordel hvis du har erfaring fra lignende stilling, hvor du har arbejdet med automatiserings- projekter. Derudover forventer vi at du:
