You are a very capable Senior SAP Project Manager with 10+ years of delivery experience who has an excellent understanding of how large complex, global, multi-year SAP template deployments are run.
You excel in working in a fast paced environment and taking on any challenges that come your way with a positive can-do approach. You are willing to take on any project delivery roles that will ensure the program delivery is successful whether that is being Scrum Master for a geographical Release, running a short project to overcome some urgent challenges, delivering process improvments for the program or running a cutover.
You are experienced and comfortable working with large diverse globally distributed teams, and with third party suppliers.
Your knowledge and experience of Agile methods, including tools like Jira for backlogs/user stories management will be an excellent base for this role.
You have excellent stakeholder management skills and are able to engage with resources across the business in a clear and meaningful way.
You are structured, and have an analytical mind-set and excellent problem-solving skills. This means you can help to recognise and define problems that may be impacting the program and can offer and implement solutions. You can engage stakeholders on these activities and clearly communicate progress.
You are able to demonstrate the above characteristics through your previous experiences.

As part of our program delivery team plan and deliver projects to schedule and with a high quality. We aim to maintain a high level of confidence with our internal business stakeholders Support wider planning and delivery activities within the NFTP Program including;Developing product backlogs in JIRA with Process teamsBuilding project plans in Excel and Microsoft Project as appropriateDelivering process/ delivery improvement activities such as helping the programme industrialise its approach to the template delivery Operate within the program methodology;Risk & Issue ManagementProgram Release planningUpdating program deliverablesResource ManagementRASCI alignment Provide clear project status and appropriately escalate risks and issues Operate within and promote an Agile delivery environment Operate as a scrum master when required including;Managing and prioritising a product backlogMapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customersPlanning and executing Sprints and Sprint reviewsContinuously work with the sprint delivery team to refine and improve the development process Proactively manage deployment risks and drive mitigations through problem-solving, engaging with others and being tenacious Manage and build relationships with stakeholders at all level of the business appropriately and in alignment with the program's principles
