    Through its Resound brand, GN Hearing provides intelligent hearing care solutions to people across the world. Joining Commercial Operations, you will become part of a growing team of 4 who drive global commercial excellence.

     

    Through first-class value sales training and customer partnership support, we make sure that local sales managers and sales reps are equipped to deliver actual value to hearing care practitioners and clinics across EMEA and Latin America. Ultimately transforming our end users’ lives through the power of sound.

     

    Equip our sales organization to sell true value

    As this is an international role, whether you work from our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, or from one of our European sales hubs is not important. What is important is that you can help drive sales excellence across our entire sales organization in EMEA and Latin America. Your responsibility will be to own and further develop our Value Selling program and make sure that the program is successfully rolled out across our more than 10 sales hubs. Doing so, you will collaborate closely and get support from our team.

    Your tasks will be to:

    • Ensure that our sales force has the sales tools, material and processes necessary to assess and meet complex customer needs
    • Collaborate with local managing directors, local sales divisions and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and actions
    • Coach and train local sales managers in the Value Selling program and enable them to train their sales reps and get the message across – this includes up to 80 travel days a year
    • Create stronger alignment and drive behind the GN Hearing way of selling – understanding both hearing care practitioner and end user needs

     

    Listen, challenge and transform

    We already have the overall program principles in place, but you will have ample opportunity to challenge our current strategy and transform the way we do sales. Doing so, you need to listen to the sales hubs’ needs and wishes, challenge them back and help them manage the necessary changes. Because this is how GN Hearing has always been able to transform the hearing care industry and maintain a front-running position.

     

    Value selling, training and management experience

    You have a proven track record of sales achievements and experience with solution/value selling principles and data-driven sales. You are highly self-driven and good at building strong relationships and managing stakeholders across levels and borders. Moreover, we imagine that you have:

     

    • Several years of experience as a sales manager, so you can collaborate well with sales and country managers and relate to their needs
    • Experience in hands-on coaching and training – ideally coaching and training other managers/trainers, so you know how to equip people to pass on knowledge and enthusiasm to others
    • Experience in managing international projects, ensuring cohesion and timely completion at a distance
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce as CRM – experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus
