Senior Sales Executive for IT Security Company

The IT security market is evaluated by analytics in 2025 to have grown by a staggering nine times the size it was in 2016. The market is booming and at Omada, we also feel it. With over 60% revenue growth in 2017, we are taking market shares within the identity and access governance space. In the Nordics, it has resulted in several new wins from well-known Nordics companies and public organizations. With the aim of attracting more new customers and continuing Omada’s growth in the Nordics, we are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Copenhagen focusing on closing deals in Denmark and in the Nordic Market.

Your responsibility 
Your main focus area will be direct selling of solutions and consultancy services within the identity and access governance area to enterprise and mid-size clients within both the public and private sector primarily in Denmark. As our sales process typically also involves and includes our Danish partner network, it is important that you have a deep insight into the Danish and Nordic market, think strategically and tactically in cooperation with partners and are well-connected in the Danish IT-market. It is vital that you get to understand our clients’ business and thereby also how Omada can help them improve their business through our services.

You will primarily be responsible for making cold calls and defining new clients, supported by our well functioned Marketing department, which generates many leads, and our Inside Sales team, which helps qualify the leads. Besides hunting for new customers, you will also grow our business with existing clients. You will work closely with our Presales team in defining innovative solutions for our many clients.

 

Your qualifications and experience
You are a true hunter profile and have at least 5 years of proven track record in direct selling of IT security solutions and consultancy services, preferably within the identity and access governance area, but this is not a requirement. It is important that you have good knowledge of the services on a business and functional level. Besides this you have an outstanding network of clients, that need IT consultancy services and you have a high level of energy and a winner mentality.

You have:

  • Demonstrated being successful in identifying, qualifying, and closing accounts with a skilled consultative and solution-based sales approach
  • A persuasive nature and professional demeanor
  • An entrepreneurial character with the ability to learn quickly

Most important is that you have a high level of credibility and ethics, because we are here to deliver value to our clients and deliver what has been promised.

You are an excellent communicator in Danish and English, both written and oral.
