Sales > Global Supply Chain > Integrated Business Planning
You will join the Integrated Business Planning team in the Global Supply Chain organisation where the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process in Vestas is facilitated. The main function is to drive the S&OP process to the next maturity level including scenario planning with financial perspectives on P&L and inventory impact. Focus is on ensuring a transparent and efficient global balance between supply and demand on a longer and tactical / strategic time horizon enabling the most profitable decisions to be taken.


  • Be in the "front line" and act as the "glue" between the Global and Regional Sales as well as the Manufacturing departments 
  • Own and drive full monthly S&OP process, including scenarios, simulations and business cases to secure a continuous optimisation of Vestas P&L and cash flow
  • Guide your stakeholders by truly understanding and communicating the financial impact of the presented scenarios
  • Continuously develop the Global S&OP process 
  • Prepare data, analysis for decision taking and reporting for monthly Regional S&OP meetings and Executive S&OP meetings
  • Create transparency of long-term forecast to both internal and external partners, capacity utilisation, production footprint and supply chain bottlenecks
  • Secure communication and implementation of decisions from Executive S&OP
  • Qualifications

  • A relevant Master's Degree within Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 5-10 years' supply chain, finance or commercial experience in global B2B companies
  • Experience from running, facilitating and working with S&OP
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a simple and transparent manner
  • Ability to navigate in the environment of all organisational levels and mastering cross-functional stakeholders with separate agendas through your great commercial communication skills
  • Competencies

  • Collaborative and able to build and maintain trust with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Clear communicator with the ability to speak with impact
  • Good system and business understanding
  • Committed and accountable as well as being proactive and solution oriented comes natural to you 
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written
