As Senior Statistical Programmer you will become key player in making our vision come true.

 Statistical programming in clinical development projects and line of business

You can look forward to share knowledge and collaborate with other statistical programmers, biostatisticians, data mangers and medical writers within Biometrics as well as other highly skilled experts. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Report clinical trial data by creating ADaM deliverables and tables, figures and listings.
  • Support submission work having hands-on with integration of data, creation of summaries, project standards development and alignment across studies.
  • Seek the latest industry news on authority data requirements, CDISC standards and SAS programming to secure our continued use of high quality data standards.
  • Develop and maintain SAS programs to support clinical projects and other functions in LEO Pharma.
  • Communicate with CROs and other pharmaceutical companies on data and programming related activities.
  • Collaborate with other functions and experts within LEO R&D and LEO innovation lab.

Additionally, you will get the opportunity to be involved in supporting the increasing activities on utilizing clinical data across LEO, for example programming visualizations for data monitoring.

 SAS Programmer with experience preferably within medical research

You have a graduate qualification in life sciences/natural sciences/computer sciences or similar. This is backed by experience in SAS programming preferably in within medical research and a professional interest in working with standards such as CDISC.

Your success will to a large extent be based on your ability to collaborate with people across multiple areas and an eagerness to learn and develop. This takes an open-minded and positive approach as well as respect and curiosity. Additionally, you must be able to explain and share your work, conclusions and recommendations in a way that is understandable to people without your programming background, in written and spoken English.

 The statistical programming team

You will join a team of 10 statistical programmers and a manager. We work in close collaboration with 16 biostatisticians, 10 data managers and 10 medical writers. The department is at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. You can look forward to joining a well-functioning team with a strong focus on creating a good and informal atmosphere characterised by helpfulness and a common drive for breaking new land.
