From Talent Acquisition to Talent Attraction
For years, our team has served hiring managers by delivering excellence in the recruitment process across GN HQ and EMEA. We will continue to do so, while becoming increasingly candidate-centric in our efforts.
Last year our team changed name from Talent Acquisition to Talent Attraction emphasizing our change in mindset from focusing on transactional hires to forming sustainable relationships with candidates.
We are looking to further develop our recruitment practice centered around the candidate journey with the focus on creating an equal opportunity and non-biased environment in our recruitment process and we regularly track and monitor our data on this approach.
Trusted Advisor for Hiring Managers
Reporting to the Head of Talent Attraction & HR Operations, Mette Øxenberg, you will work closely with Hiring Managers to help recruit new colleagues from Denmark and abroad. You will play an essential role in sharing best practices and insights as a trusted recruitment advisor across GN.
We believe that there are many ways to help the organization attract new employees, so we are looking forward to hearing your perspectives and which part of the business where you enjoy recruiting for. Whether you will help look for engineers for our R&D department, IT profiles, commercial roles or something else, we expect that key responsibilities include:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with hiring managers and HRBP’s as key internal stakeholders and candidates as key external/primary stakeholders Acting as trusted advisor to the business on recruitment-related matters by putting your recruitment expertise in play helping align the recruitment strategy to meet future talent demands from the business, and challenging hiring managers when the fit is not right Continuously raising the bar for how we attract, source, assess and select candidates Working closely with our employer brand manager to help raise the awareness level of our brand by extending our reach and executing on initiatives Working in Workday and with LinkedIn Recruiter is to be expected. If you are certified in Hogan assessments this experience can also be utilized Experience from an International Corporation
We prefer that you are used to working in an international corporate setting since you will work with global stakeholders across functions and cultures. We also expect you to be able to juggle a certain volume of recruitment processes, which is why experience with managing and filling 60+ positions per year is a big advantage.
A collaborative mindset and excellent listening and communication skills are paramount.
To succeed in this role, you are result-oriented and commercially minded team player with a well-versed ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
