Service Level Manager, Arla IT - Aarhus or Gdansk

Are you fluent in ServiceNow, MS Excel and Sharepoint and have knowledge about SAP? If so, this could be the next career move for you. Vendor Management in Arla IT in Aarhus is in charge of Arla’s IT service level management processes and vendor management of suppliers. We are on the lookout for a seriously skilled analyst to assume a key role in the Service Level Management area. Join us and leave your mark on a strategically important function within Arla Foods. Please note, this position could be based in Aarhus, Denmark or Gdansk, Poland.

Governance setup for key suppliers

The purpose of your job is to ensure that our service level agreements with our service providers, operational level agreements (OLAs) and underpinning contracts for IT services always meet the specifications. To do so, you will overview the quality of data from Arla IT Service Management, review and control the monthly reports from vendors and make sure our suppliers deliver according to contract. More specifically, you will focus on:

  • Validating evidence and calculation
  • Performing trend analysis on SLA results
  • Producing reports to business stakeholders
  • Participating in resolving disputes
  • Implementing Robotic solutions to support the Service Level Management process
  • Onboarding new suppliers in the Service Level setup

Analytic number cruncher with solid SLA experience

Ideally you have several years direct work experience in a service management capacity, including all aspects of SLA development and execution. This means that you have been handling all aspects of SLA development and execution. This background has furnished you with the ability to fully comprehend the palette of IT services and service level management disciplines of a major organisation.

You are a gifted analyst and number cruncher with a genuine liking for data mining, and you know exactly how to conduct research into service-related issues, best practices, models and methodologies. You display a highly structured approach to your work, which enables you to plan ahead and meet your deadlines. Last but not least, you possess strong written and oral communication skills in English and are able to communicate complicated IT material.

ServiceNow and Robots are the primary tools used to manage the Service Level Management area and knowledge and competences within ServiceNow will be an advantage in this position.
