Service Manager (for a Major Mobile Telecom company)

IT/telecom industry experience preferable

Fluent English and Denmark in Speaking


Position Description:
1. Service manager. In charge of daily device after sales service & customer experience & satisfaction response
2. Experience in hotline, social media or consumer product service area (in IT/telecom industry preferable).

Responsibilities:
1. Service Providers authentication, daily business management and target completion.
2. Spare parts, logistic and expenses management for after-sales service.
3. Technical support and training for Service Center, customers, hotline center and PR agency.
4. Service Marketing activity organization with marketing department.
5. Customer relationship management and improvement with operator.
6. To review the contract content of new customer cooperated.
7. Understanding Hotline and social media service.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
1. Good Communication skills
2. Good MS Office knowledge.
3. Willingness of studying new telecommunication and product knowledge.
4. Business maturity and responsibility for entrusted tasks.


Education Background Requirements:
College (3 years) and above in administration, electrical engineering, communication engineering or computer engineering or related commerce or science discipline.

Work Experience Requirements:
Business experience: have at least 2 years’ experience in service area.

Langue Skill Requirement:
Fluent English and Denmark in Speaking, and Writing. Chinese is welcomed, but not mandatory.
