Shipping Coordinator to Customer Order Management - 9 months temp contract

Customer Order Management

Customer Order Management consists of 23 skilled and committed colleagues who jointly carry the responsibility to ensure global distribution of finished goods and raw materials. Majority of all global order management and distribution processes towards our customers, affiliates and partners are driven by Customer Order Management, which leads to an extensive and exciting variation of tasks.

The job

You will co-operate closely with a wide range of our stakeholders – customers, affiliates, regional offices, production sites, transport carriers, 3PL’s, CMO’s and other partners besides corporate departments. You will be the key player in coordinating distribution solutions with the various stakeholders both during daily operation and when implementing projects. You will work in an international, dynamic environment in which the challenge is to be flexible and agile in a standardised way.

Your tasks

  • Coordination of supplies to our 3PLs 
  • Weekly affiliates sales conduction
  • Provide timely and reliable delivery information to affiliates
  • Book transport (packaging solution, routing etc.) in accordance with our procedures
  • Ensure adequate shipping documentation
  • Follow-up on delivery performance and identify continuous improvement
  • Follow up on shelf-life management
  • Stock alignment between 3PL and internal LEO SAP system
  • Backorder process management
  • General dialogue with affiliates on logistic requirements and other relevant subjects


Your qualifications and profile

You have a solid customer service experience, preferably including transport booking and export documentation, combined with experience from a supply chain function in a big company. Your profile has given you a good end-to-end understanding of the supply chain.

You have a strong personal commitment and sense of responsibility. Working experience from the pharmaceutical industry or another GxP regulated industry is considered an advantage.

 Furthermore, you

  • Work in a structured and focused way with respect for deadlines
  • Have very good communication and language skills (Danish and English)
  • Are service-minded towards your customers
  • Are a good and supportive team player with a positive attitude
  • Have adopted the classic elements of LEAN into your everyday behaviour
  • Have good IT skills (Excel and SAP is an advantage)
