Within WW Learning, the Global Field & Partner Learning (GFPL) team develops and leads cross-segment, role-based learning programs focused on increasing technical, industry, and professional capabilities, to measurably accelerate field and partner performance. Our team delivers learning programs to over 60,000 professionals across our field organization, and to over 1 million learners across our partner ecosystem. 


As a Regional Professional Skills Field Enablement Manager (FEM), you will partner with the GFPL Professional Skills Capabilities team, local Area FEM’s, and field leadership to deliver an outcome-focused readiness strategy for required Professional Skills - delivering capability improvement, relevance, and business impact at scale.   You will actively seek feedback and business requirements from Area FEM’s who drive local prioritization and planning efforts, and work in tight conjunction with the GFPL Professional Skills Capabilities team to prioritize learner requirements and align WW Learning offerings for an optimized and consistent experience delivering business impact.   


Key Responsibilities Include:

- Lead Field Readiness Semester Planning for Professional Skills capabilities and knowledge

- Prioritize WW Learning Professional Skills capabilities programs based on field validation and support

- Identify local Professional Skills readiness gaps, assess for scale learning application, and create an action plan to address 

- Support local learning application with detailed “Bill of Materials” (BOM’s) and execution guidance

- Align key measures of impact for Professional Skills capabilities improvement

- Socialize KPIs with local Area FEM’s and the WW Learning Professional Skills Capabilities team 

- Oversee Field/Partner Professional Skills KPI dashboard, gather Area feedback and provide insights for action

- Establish appropriate business rhythms with Stakeholders and key influencers

- Deliver quarterly business review, develop Joint Conditions of Satisfaction (COS), align communications planning and delivery

- Serve as relevant and informed voice of field champion for Professional Skills capabilities required assets

- Lead Regional role-based community engagement for WW Learning Professional Skills programs and assets

- Strong collaboration with Area FEM’s, WW Learning Operations team, and the broader GFPL teams


Key Qualifications Include:

-   Deep field experience and understanding of factors that motivate and drive results within our WW Segments and Global Field organizations including quota carrying Sales experience 

-   In-depth experience with professional skills knowledge and sales capabilities; either directly from a WW/Regional Segment team or specific sales/marketing/services experience

-   Proven trusted advisor status in engagement and influence with senior leaders

-   8+ year’s broad business experience in international corporate sales, marketing, or services environment

-   Self-starter with proven results building and creating business plans with measured results

-   Excellent communications skills, executive presence, and strong business acumen

-   Proven cross boundary collaboration capability

-   Established project and program management fundamentals

-   Demonstrated analytical problem solving with an ability to manage through ambiguity

-   Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote team, driving successful outcomes with Worldwide virtual teams

-   Familiarity with Microsoft offerings (products and cloud services), processes, and tools 



-   Bachelor’s Degree required with Master’s Degree preferred


Estimated up to 30% travel required (including international).
