Socialrådgiver/ Social Counsellor in Corporate People & Organisation

About the department
You will be part of People Relations and Compliance, who is responsible for social responsibility, benefits and labour relations in Denmark as well as a Global People Compliance Office. The position
We are looking for a candidate, who will be responsible for social counselling in personal and private problems, e.g. divorce, illness, unemployment and also be a part of the Novo Nordisk Back to Work process in Denmark. The Back to Work process involves employees, managers, Unions, HR consultants and health related counsellors, and you will also need to reach out to other stakeholders both within and outside Novo Nordisk. It is important that you work independently, and together with a colleague you will be the specialist within the professional area.

You will be seated in our office in Bagsværd, but once a week you will be working out of our office in Kalundborg.

Qualifications
The candidate we are looking for is a social counsellor who can stay calm under pressure and still deliver high quality service to all stakeholders. You are a strong decision maker within your area of responsibility. You have experience with clarification of work ability related to sick leave and the relevant legislation. Furthermore, you have knowledge within social and family law, psychiatry and crisis management.

Your communication skills are excellent and you have experience with training and presentations.

You are robust, solution-oriented, empathetic and a self-starter. You navigate in an environment of change and it is easy for you to establish relationships as well as cooperate with a wide variety of colleagues at all levels in the organisation.
