Do you want to be our new colleague and fill in an important role?
As Global IT Software Asset Manager, you are part of a Global Procurement team responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s SAM processes, tools and license reporting, while supporting and participating in the implementation of the structured Software Asset lifecycle in our IT organization.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Develop and align Software Asset Management processes and license reporting to meet demand from the combined Nets group as part of the Nets global SAM team
  • Maintain Software Asset Management processes and reporting for Nets Nordics incl. stakeholder management
  • Add to developing next process steps in Nets Software Asset Lifecycle.
  • Be part of Nets licensing knowledge centre
  • Driving constant optimization of our SAM tooling in Nets Nordic as Nordic SAM Tool owner
  • Identify license optimization possibilities together with Software Category Management

    To succeed in this role and Nets’ culture, we believe that your background and personality should include the following:

    Professional qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, law or engineering with a broad as well as an in-depth understanding of corporate IT is preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience Software Asset Management
  • Experience with discussions on Software standardization, Software substitutions incl. a good overview of the software market. 
  • Understanding software lifecycle from demand to sunsetting
  • Understanding software license obligations from Audit to Zero-growth statement. 
  • A drive for communicating the complexity in license use rights and license compliance obligations
  • Experience in process design, as well as a hands-on approach to license asset management.
  • Ability to create good relationships with stakeholders – internally and externally
  • Oral and verbal English business language skills and strong proficiency herein is needed
  • Experience from working in complex and international organizations is an advantage, as well as the ability to network with people from different locations, across cultures and management levels
  • Personal qualifications:

  • A business mindset, able to drive and implement SAM processes best practices
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven by being proactive and taking ownership to get things done and develop existing tools and processes
  • Analytical skills with attention to details and quality
  • Being a team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented
  • You are career driven by curiosity and customer insights
