Software Automation Engineer, Odense, Denmark

We are currently looking for a talented full-stack developer that truly understand the value of automation and the DevOps ways of working and thinking. This is a position of great technical influence and with room to experiment, so read on if you want to join our journey.

Working in the software automation team

You will be part of a small team developing software and tools aiding the automation efforts at UR. This includes everything from web based microservices and test frameworks to Raspberry PI based hardware-interface platforms attached to robots. Collaborate closely with development teams and use your creativity to come up new tools and ideas to improve the software development workflow at UR.

The job will enable you to work with a diverse set of tools and technologies from Kubernetes and Docker to Python and JavaScript. All of these tools and technologies all play together to ensure an efficient software production setup enabling Continues Integration / Continues Delivery / Release On Demand.

Requirements

· You are an adept and experienced programmer both within implementation as well as design

· You have a proven experience with DevOps technologies or Software Automation

· High level of skill in Python or other object-oriented programming language
