  • Leading a project team of 4-7 persons, including frontend and backend developers, PLC programmer and hardware specialist
  • Setting clear targets, offering professional sparring as well as building a motivating and developing setting for your team
  • Participation in all stages of the project – from sign of contract, specification and design through the development to the commissioning, testing and handover
  • Responsibility for project execution and for keeping deadlines and budgets
  • Contributing to building long-term and strategic customer relations

We use the internationally recognised Stage-Gate® model, which defines projects into stages that promote cross-functional teamwork for successful project completion. The position entails about 60 days of travelling annually. 

Use your competencies in a new way

  • You have a relevant master's degree in IT, software or similar
  • You have minimum 3 years' experience as a project manager of complex software projects
  • It will be an advantage if you are certified in PMI, IPMA or similar. Knowledge of CMMI is also an advantage as we are a CMMI Level 2 software organisation on our way towards CMMI Level 3.
  • You have experience with basic project disciplines, such as risk assessment, estimation, planning and budget follow-up
  • You speak and write English at a high level

You have an ambitious drive and strong corporate understanding of running a good business. You have a good overview and the ability to handle many activities at the same time. Som Drop-in chauffør vil du således være med til at bidrage til at indsamle viden, men også oplyse skoleeleverne om, hvad både Danske Skoleelever kan hjælpe dem med, men også hvordan de selv kan gøre en forskel i deres skoledag. Sådan er jobbet Konkret foregår det sådan, at man som chauffør sammen med en frivillige fra Danske Skoleelever (et ungt menneske der netop har afsluttet grundskolen) besøger landets skoler og snakker med skolens elever, som oftest er elevrådsrepræsentanter. På besøget fortæller man om, hvad Danske skoleelever er, hvordan de kan bruge Center for Elevrådgivning, men man får også en status fra eleverne i forhold til skolens elevrådsaktiviteter, samt hvorvidt rettigheder med videre overholdes på skolen. På den måde er man med til at danne et enormt videngrundslag, som er yderst vigtig i arbejdet for den gode skoledag.
