Solution Sales Manager

Microsoft Digital, Services, and Success is one of the company’s largest groups, serving customers in 191 countries and 46 languages. In your new role as our Services Solution Sales Manager you will provide strategic and people leadership to accelerate our customers’ digital transformation, implementing sales strategies that enable realization of Microsoft Services goals to support the lifecycle, champion consumption and make the market.

Responsibilities

Driving Customer Success through Inspirational Leadership

  • Developing a sales strategy for driving Services Solution Area and/or Commercial Support business
  • Inspiring your team of experienced sellers, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration and achieving big bold goals
  • Leading by example, personally engaging with customers at CxO level, supporting and coaching sellers on new opportunity discovery and acceleration

 

Drive Excellence in Execution & Maintain a High-Performing Team

  • Developing a high-performing, diverse and sustainable team to enable long-term, predictable revenue growth and satisfied Microsoft customers
  • Holding sellers accountable, driving excellence in new business and account planning, pipeline management, forecasting and close planning
  • Coaching consistently in accordance with Microsoft’s Empowering Digital Success culture
  • Driving integration and orchestration acrooss the local organisation to ensure 'One Microsoft' execution with customers
  • Meeting / exceeding revenue and core priority targets, executing in accordance with prescribed Microsoft methods, processes and tools

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success and expertise in selling complex technology solutions to enterprise customers, with track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • People leadership experience of hiring, developing and retaining high-performing and experienced sales individuals
  • Ability to effectively translate corporate strategies into local sales strategy and appropriate plans
  • Ability to Influence stakeholders and decisions across an organization
  • Experience of connecting market and technology trends to business disruption and articulating to customers in a compelling way
  • Proven credibility as a transformational technology and business advisor that customer executives want to partner with
