Solution Sales Specialist

As our new Services Solutions Specialist you will develop and close technology opportunities that enable these customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Technology Solutions Leadership

  • Developing a strategy for identifying, driving and closing solution opportunities for your assigned territory, working with Account Executives to ensure alignment and input to the overall account plan
  • Securing new solution opportunities, leveraging the Services account-aligned team and Specialist Team Unit to help build pipeline

 

Execution

  • Qualifying, driving and closing Microsoft solution opportunities that will accelerate customer digital transformation
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, managing, escalating, and/or orchestrating sales and delivery success through the AE, Services account-aligned team and Pursuit Leads
  • Meeting/exceeding revenue and core priority targets, executing in accordance with prescribed Microsoft methods, processes and tools

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success and expertise in proactively selling and generating new solution projects and advisory services at the executive level (VP and above) and of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong Microsoft solutions knowledge and experience in solutions sales
  • Proven ability to articulate subject matter expertise and to differentiate competitor solutions
  • Proven ability to to Engage Business Decision Makers as well as Technical Decision Makers and to influence internal stakeholders across the organization
  • Proven ability to orchestrate deal team to ensure success through effective collaboration and communication with a virtual team
