By leveraging our technology and fostering close relations with our clients in collaboration with colleagues, you are the strategic advisor that drives our customers business forward with our shared experience and the wealth of services we have in our support portfolio.

Responsibilities

As an Services Solutions Sales Professional in our support team, you’ll be responsible for services sales, business development, territory strategy & planning and relationship management. The individual goal is to drive support solutions tailored towards specific outcomes, i.e. operational stability at target levels, facilitating technology implementation on time and budget, adoption of new functionality and business processes

Lead with insight and customer success focus:

- Learning mindset, empathetic and naturally curious about people and the business use cases of technology

- Experienced and talented within sales, business development and business management

- Natural relation builder with colleagues and customers, with an understanding of how to mobilize teams

- Challenger sales mindset collaborating with clients to define potential, scoping solutions and driving the sales cycle to delivery hand-over

- Experience and/or appetite for business/technical consulting with a focus on Microsoft Cloud

Qualifications

Build on a strong foundation and communicate with impact An advanced degree (MBA, Masters, BA/BS) or equivalent work experience combined with working experience in Business Consulting, Sales and/or Sales Management at high standard consultancies and/or technical organizations. Strong written, verbal and communication skills (including proposal writing and presentation building) in Danish and English. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with sales, technical, and commercial colleagues.
