We give honest advice so our customer gets exactly what they need instead of, what we think sells best. The customer having a good time with our products is our main focus.

One of our colleagues who is currently helping our Spanish and French speaking customers is becoming a mother soon. Therefore we are currently looking for a passionate Spanish/French-speaking colleague to join our Customer Connection Team, where you will help guide or customers from France, Spain, Switzerland, Mexico and USA to get the product they need to explore their passion.

Your profile:

  • You have experience with some of our products and a natural interest in the environment they are used it
  • You are open-minded, positive and good with people
  • You like helping and guiding others
  • You can navigate in an ever-changing environment and gather the knowledge you need to help our customers
  • You are speaking Spanish/French on a native level, both in writing and oral
  • You thrive in an informal environment and open office

Your tasks:

  • Help maintain our good reputation in the Spanish/French-speaking countries
  • Interact with all kinds of customers over phone, chat and e-mail
  • Help our customers getting the info and advice they need to go skate/cruise/ride/surf
  • Help our marketing guys making sure our Spanis/French texts have good SEO
  • Making sure our customers have the feeling they are getting the best customer service in the world

Therefore, we are looking for a Finnish-speaking colleague, who is passionate about creating good customer relations through phone, e-mail and chat with our customers in Finland. You ll be helping our Finnish colleague Eija to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction in Finland. You should be able to: Speak and write fluent Finnish Communicate excellent both orally and written Work fast without losing the over view, quality or good spirit Listen to and understand our customers needs Adapt to and work with a lot of different people Be proactive and focused Understand how your actions are influencing our brand We offer a job where you get to: Get in contact with a bunch of different people who wants to go skate Participate in reaching the goal of being Europe s most preferred online skate shop Get good insight in how to run a successful web shop Work with colleagues from all over Europe Make sure customers have the possibility to go out and explore their passion for skating Work 37 hours a week A BIG PLUS is if you have experience with some of our products, so you really understand the customer s needs.
