Services Executive for Microsoft Denmark

Summary of Job Profile: The Services Executive (SE) in Microsoft develops strong customer relationships and delivers a well-managed and growing business of customer accounts in the set territory that drives yearly Services revenue targets and long-term revenue opportunities. The success of this business is measured by customer satisfaction, Services revenue, net new opportunities, and predictable yearly business forecasts. 

The SE role adds value to customers by demonstrating how Microsoft technology and Services can help solve business issues and positively impact the customer?s business. Success is measured by demonstrable customer results through delivered consulting and support engagements, and overall customer satisfaction. 

Summary of Primary Job Functions:   T

he SE carries the overall Services responsibility in Microsoft for the assigned accounts in a territory being managed and developed; has a good knowledge of customers, their markets, business challenges and also the opportunities; focus on articulating the value of Microsoft as an Enterprise solution provider and demonstrating Enterprise Services? commitment to helping customers solve their challenges and grow their businesses through accelerated adoption and productive use and is able to leverage team members and skills to present the One Microsoft positioning to the customer.

 

Candidate Profile:

The candidate must have experience in: 

Sales:

Documented experience in Professional Services Sales and Solution, Selling mUSD projects, Engaging at CxO level, Sales methodologies and techniques, Account planning, Opportunity Management, Customer Relationship management   

Business:

Business Development and Business Management skills, Relationship Development, Financial follow-up, Forecasting, Delivery management   including Tracking, Measurement and Reporting 

Information Technology:

Knowledgeable or experienced in the typical IT life-cycle areas such as Strategy, Architecture, Planning, Project Management, Implementation, Release Management, Operations and Support   Industry: Pension and insurance industry experience is an advantage, industry trends and client knowledge

 

Qualifications: 

Minimum of 5 years working experience in selling professional services and solution business   

Master degree or equivalent work experience 

Passionate about Microsoft technology and Position in the Enterprise Business   

Ability to deliver against an ambitious quota 

Outstanding oral and written communication, presentation and messaging skills 

Strong team player 

Highly motivated, organized and capable of handling several projects simultaneously 

Self-Starter

Can do Attitude 

Excellent business building and leadership skills
