Description

Actimo is looking for a Sr. Customer Success manager to join our CS Team.

As Sr. Customer Success Manager, you will engage with our customers to maximize their success along key milestones such as Onboarding, Adoption, Renewals and Expansion. You will act as Trusted Advisor, Product- and Solution Expert as well as our customers and your colleagues go-to person for inspiration and best-practice.

We are giving you an exciting opportunity to be the focal point between our internal teams and incredible clients. The position is in Copenhagen, and you will report to our Head of Customer Success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Securing that our customers get value from using Actimo by managing and engaging them through Onboarding, Product Adoption, Renewals and Expansion.

  • Drive customer ROI and business outcome by planning and hosting Adoption, Solution and Commercial reviews with Account Management.

  • Create trust and a strong relationship with customers by acting as their trusted advisor and inspire them towards excellence.

  • Remove friction that limits the customer experience by having a deep understanding of our product, solutions and customer industries.

  • Build on our services and product offering by working closely with Account Management and Sales.

  • Discover and share key customer insights with other vital functions such as Marketing, Support, Product and Sales.

  • You can take lead on projects and act as a mentor for other colleagues.

  • Help grow our company by being an outstanding colleague who helps develop the teams and individuals around you.

 

Qualifications

  • You have experience in working with business large to enterprise companies.

  • You can display solid business acumen and the ability to identify what will drive tangible results and value for a customer.

  • You have experience in driving projects with customers. You have experience in driving projects with customers.

  • Experience with Customer Success in a Saas company or consultancy background is a big plus.

  • You are used to having direct customer contact and have strong relationship building skills.

  • You can act as a Trusted Advisor, Solution Expert, and Best-Practice advocate.

  • You have an education at Master level or similar.

  • You are structured and organized in the way you work, yet you thrive on managing urgent situations with flexible approaches.

  • You are a multi-skilled and tech-savvy person that efficiently works with digital tools.

  • You are a solutions-minded and empathic person with a great passion for creating sizable results with customers.

  • You volunteer when it comes to taking responsibility.

  • You are a team player and ready to go the extra mile to ensure the company’s success.

  • You are open-minded and like to have fun together with your colleagues.

  • You write and speak fluent English; Scandinavian languages are a plus but are not required to apply for the position.
