Amgen Research Copenhagen (ARC) HR team is looking for a Sr Human Resource Coordinator to support over 80 multi-national and multi-cultural employees, student workers and consultants dedicated to the identification and development of novel drug programs addressing unmet medical needs with a main disease focus on Inflammation and Oncology.

In this role you will be working closely with Amgen Denmark Sr Human Resource manager supporting wide range of day-to-day and strategic HR processes. We are looking for a quick learner and active problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environment. You take pride in providing high quality detailed work as well as building strong trusting relationships in all of your interactions. The role is based in Amgen Research Copenhagen office at Rønnegade 8, Copenhagen Ø.

Responsibilities

• Supports hiring managers with recruitment process and new hire onboarding

• Coordinates and schedules strategic HR programs and events

• Supports data driven decision making by providing timely and detailed HR reports and survey data

• Supports training programs and workshops to develop employees’ skills

• Delivers effective day-to-day HR support to employees which is customer service-focused and business-focused

• Manages day-to-day relationship with external suppliers/vendors related to HR processes

• Implements HR policies and procedures with high quality and integrity

• Assists with accurate and compliant pay and benefits administration

• Coordinates development and processing of HR documentation on various digital platforms

Preferred requirements

- University Degree in HR, Business or similar

- 1 to 3 years of related industry experience is a strong plus

- Knowledge of recruitment, communication, HR process

- Strong ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders

- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication, fluency in Danish is considered a plus

- Strong data analytics and computer skills

- Knowledge of HRIS Workday and SAP is considered as a plus
