The Sr. Manager/Director of Global Talent Acquisition will be the architect of innovative and highly effective, enterprise-wide recruitment strategies that strengthen the ability to source, attract, assess and select talent across all levels of the organization.  Will operationalize strategies that elevate our employer brand, offer a dynamic candidate experience, and deliver a robust network of external candidates that meet current and future needs of the business.  Position reports to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources. 

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Partner with Global HR Center of Excellence to establish and execute on short-term and longer-term vision for hiring and growth as well as current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and successfully execute on a global recruitment strategy aligned with strategic priorities, increase the quality of hires, improve candidate experience and decrease time to fill
  • Implementation of new applicant tracking system for EU region
  • Develop talent acquisition reports and metrics for leadership decision making
  • Develop and oversee talent acquisition structure, processes
  • Drive operational and process excellence by continuously evaluating and implementing highly effective and scalable talent acquisition strategies, systems, and processes that deliver results.
  • Build, lead, coach, and develop a strong talent acquisition team across globally that consistently delivers exceptional results.Create and model a high performing culture.
  • Serve as the organization’s Executive Recruiter for Global leadership positions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Many years of senior-level Human Resources experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals in a high growth environment.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how strategic talent acquisition drives the business.
  • Data-driven perspective. Analytic ability to drive a quantitative culture throughout talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in developing strong relationships at all levels of the organization.  Build trust and credibility by following through on commitments.
  • Organized and logical.  Exceptional project management skills including establishing milestones, identifying dependencies and driving for results.  Timely decisions are based upon data.
  • Possesses a strong results- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Lead by example.  Honest, ethical and high integrity.  Positive and passionate about driving the people-side of business.
  • Excellent listener.
  • Quick learner who picks up the complexities and nuances of a global matrix organization.  Knows when to act decisively and when to seek for direction.
  • Strong project management skills including the building of milestones, dependencies and actions.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision-making skills.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong, compelling presentation skills. 
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Equivalent education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.
