Senior Reward Manager, Carlsberg Group

Would you like to drive reward development and implementation to support

the strategic direction of Human Resources in the Carlsberg Group?

 

This is a great opportunity to be responsible of continuously developing and improving the implementation and execution of the global reward agenda with a distinct aim of making sure that the reward strategy supports our strategic HR direction.  The environment is truly international and represents a multi-cultural mix. Given the Central Office’s high concentration of senior executives, managers and highly skilled specialists in strategic areas, you will be working in a demanding environment. You will become part of a highly motivated team located at Central Office in Valby.

The job
This will entail professional backbone concept designs for position evaluations (Hay Grading), the Global Carlsberg Job Architecture Framework, base salary processes, STI (bonus) program development etc. This position will own several global reward processes and elements planning of the annual cycle, review process execution; setting direction for the preparation; communication, training; process and follow-up. A key task will be to actively participate in the development and anchoring of rewards concepts, policies and processes throughout the global Reward community and support, spar and challenge HR Business Partners and Senior Managers in all reward elements and governance hereof.

 

Your future role in brief:

  • Advisory on Reward Philosophy, Concepts, Processes and Governance to HR partners and Senior Leaders
  • Responsible for implementation and operation of global Reward processes in the group HR system (People@Carlsberg)
  • Reward Master Data Governance, Quality and Analytics
  • Reward Process Operation in CPH Central Office

 

Your profile
Our ideal candidate is passionate about the reward area of HR and hold a Master’s degree in HR, Economics or similar. Furthermore, you have been working for at least 6-8 years within the area in an international organization, at specialist/senior specialist level. It is essential you have a strong business understanding and how to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels in a global setting.

We imagine that you have in depth knowledge of all reward elements and the ability to see through numbers, to provide “to the point” conclusions and presentations for decisions with high impact.

 

Your profile in brief:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, HRM or similar level of education
  • Preferable 6-8 years’ experience working in a Compensation and Benefits function
  • Analytical thinking and able to work with complex data and analyses at a high level
  • Performance driven, superior problem-solving attitude and capable of driving and managing change as well as meeting required deadlines and delivering high-quality work
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail and data quality
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and projects
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders in the organization
  • Must be Excellent in IT skills, MS Excel, and comfortable in Power point, Word & Outlook
  • A can-do attitude, willingness to speak up/ask questions
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
