 The position of consultant or staff specialist for the gastroenterology unit, Department of Internal Medicine 1, Slagelse Hospital, is to be filled as soon as possible as per agreement. We are looking for an internal medicine specialist, gastroenterologist.

 About the position

You will join the department’s gastroenterological team, where specialists perform the following tasks at medical specialist level: ward rounds, outpatient clinic, day hospital and supervision.

Like all the other staff consultants, you will be expected to participate in the training of doctors in their specialist and introductory training programmes.

You will join the team of back-up on-call physicians at the place of employment: Slagelse Hospital. The backup on-call physician covers the internal medicine specialisations and serve the same function in the Emergency Admissions Unit and internal medicine inpatient wards. In addition to the back-up on-call physician (bagvagt), there is an on-duty first-call physician (forvagt) and an on-duty second-call physician (mellemvagt)

  • Orthopaedic surgery (all types of bone fractures, hand surgery, amputations, endoscopic examinations of the knees and wrists, etc.)

330041368Introduktionsstilling, Anæstesiologisk Afdeling, Holbæk SygehusRobot Introduktionsstilling, Anæstesiologisk Afdeling, Holbæk Sygehus En introduktionsstilling i anæstesiologi (stillingsnummer: 3800J70-84-i-04) er ledig til besættelse den 1. august 2019. Som læge i introduktionsstilling, på Anæstesiologisk afdeling, Holbæk Sygehus får du en 10-ugers vagtfri introduktionsperiode med fokus på at oparbejde de anæstesiologiske- samt intensive kompetencer, der skal bestrides for at kunne gå i vagt. Holbæk Sygehus er et akutsygehus med traumeoptag. På hospitalet findes foruden anæstesi også specialerne parenkymkirurgi, ortopædkirurgi, gynækologi og obstetrik, intern medicin (med bl.a. kardiologi, nefrologi, lungemedicin og geriatri), pædiatri med neonatologi samt diagnostisk radiologi. Dagtiden bliver delt imellem funktion på operationsgangen, med ansvar for enten de ortopædkirurgiske, gynækologiske obstetriske eller parenkymkirurgiske lejer, og stuegang på intensiv afsnittet. Der vil desuden være mulighed for at bedøve til DC-konverteringer, samt få god erfaring med anlæggelse af CVK, hæmodialysekateter, fødeepidural og a-kanyle. På afdelingen er et forvagts- og et bagvagtslag. Som introduktionslæge indgår man i forvagtslaget, efter de 10 ugers introduktion. Vagtlaget består af en forvagt og en bagvagt, begge i tilstedeværelsesvagt. Som forvagt har man ansvar for intensivafsnittet inkl. akutte tilsyn på andre afdelinger, samt visitation til intensiv, superviseret af bagvagten. Derudover indgår man som en del af hjertestopholdet, samt er traumeleder for traumeteamet. En introduktionsstilling i anæstesiologi (stillingsnummer: 3800J70-84-i-04) er ledig til besættelse den 1. august 2019.

Som læge i introduktionsstilling, på Anæstesiologisk afdeling, Holbæk Sygehus får du en 10-ugers vagtfri introduktionsperiode med fokus på at oparbejde de anæstesiologiske- samt intensive kompetencer, der skal bestrides for at kunne gå i vagt.

Holbæk Sygehus er et akutsygehus med traumeoptag. På hospitalet findes foruden anæstesi også specialerne parenkymkirurgi, ortopædkirurgi, gynækologi og obstetrik, intern medicin (med bl.a. kardiologi, nefrologi, lungemedicin og geriatri), pædiatri med neonatologi samt diagnostisk radiologi.

Dagtiden bliver delt imellem funktion på operationsgangen, med ansvar for enten de ortopædkirurgiske, gynækologiske/obstetriske eller parenkymkirurgiske lejer, og stuegang på intensiv afsnittet. Der vil desuden være mulighed for at bedøve til DC-konverteringer, samt få god erfaring med anlæggelse af CVK, hæmodialysekateter, fødeepidural og a-kanyle.

På afdelingen er et forvagts- og et bagvagtslag. Som introduktionslæge indgår man i forvagtslaget, efter de 10 ugers introduktion. Vagtlaget består af en forvagt og en bagvagt, begge i tilstedeværelsesvagt. Som forvagt har man ansvar for intensivafsnittet inkl. akutte tilsyn på andre afdelinger, samt visitation til intensiv, superviseret af bagvagten. Derudover indgår man som en del af hjertestopholdet, samt er traumeleder for traumeteamet.

330042935Consultant or staff specialist for the Mammography Unit, Ringsted HospitalRobot Function The specialist s main function is to perform diagnostic procedures in the field of diagnostic mammography. The medical specialist, together with the rest of the specialists in the Mammography Department, must carry out general diagnostic mammography, including MR mammography, interventions and screening mammography. The staff specialist is expected to take part in teaching, research and development, along with rest of the clinic s doctors. Screening mammography in Region Zealand is carried out as a screening programme provided at mobile buses stationed at fixed locations throughout the region. The buses are staffed by highly qualified personnel. Your workplace will be the Radiology Department, Ringsted Hospital, where clinical mammograms are performed and screening mammograms are assessed. Your work will alternate between assessment of screening mammograms, MR mammograms and clinical mammograms. In addition to the Mammography Unit, the department also has a unit with a conventional x-ray, CT and MR. If you wish to maintain your expertise in this field, it will be possible to combine a position with this. About the department The Radiology Department at Ringsted Hospital is experiencing rapid growth and has undergone significant changes over the last six months with regards to management, competencies and professional standards. The department is responsible for operating the region s breast screening programme, in addition to CT and MRI scans and conventional x-rays. We have a small team of very talented doctors, and we collaborate with other departments at both Næstved and Slagelse in the area of conventional diagnostics. Within the field of breast radiology, we work closely with breast surgeons plastic surgeons and the pathology department. The thing that differentiates breast radiology from conventional radiology is the thorough monitoring of patients in relation both to screening and clinical diagnostics: i.e. you get complete control over the quality of your own work. In the near future, we expect an increased level of MRI activity within breast radiology, including the possibility to undertake MRI-guided biopsies. We are working on extending our ultrasound operations in order to complement screenings with mammography. In the future, mammograms will be complemented to a greater extent by tomosynthesis. As the department, hospital and region are fully digitalised, it will be possible to participate in the work of the hospital s other modalities and to voluntarily take on additional work at the region s Guarantee Clinic, which is located at Næstved Hospital and handles, among other things, assessments of MRI, CT and oncoradiological examinations that lie beyond the total capacity of the region. Function

The specialist’s main function is to perform diagnostic procedures in the field of diagnostic mammography. The medical specialist, together with the rest of the specialists in the Mammography Department, must carry out general diagnostic mammography, including MR mammography, interventions and screening mammography.

The staff specialist is expected to take part in teaching, research and development, along with rest of the clinic’s doctors.

Screening mammography in Region Zealand is carried out as a screening programme provided at mobile buses stationed at fixed locations throughout the region. The buses are staffed by highly qualified personnel. Your workplace will be the Radiology Department, Ringsted Hospital, where clinical mammograms are performed and screening mammograms are assessed.

Your work will alternate between assessment of screening mammograms, MR mammograms and clinical mammograms.

In addition to the Mammography Unit, the department also has a unit with a conventional x-ray, CT and MR. If you wish to maintain your expertise in this field, it will be possible to combine a position with this.

About the department

The Radiology Department at Ringsted Hospital is experiencing rapid growth and has undergone significant changes over the last six months with regards to management, competencies and professional standards. The department is responsible for operating the region's breast screening programme, in addition to CT and MRI scans and conventional x-rays. We have a small team of very talented doctors, and we collaborate with other departments at both Næstved and Slagelse in the area of conventional diagnostics. Within the field of breast radiology, we work closely with breast surgeons/plastic surgeons and the pathology department.

The thing that differentiates breast radiology from conventional radiology is the thorough monitoring of patients in relation both to screening and clinical diagnostics: i.e. you get complete control over the quality of your own work.

In the near future, we expect an increased level of MRI activity within breast radiology, including the possibility to undertake MRI-guided biopsies. We are working on extending our ultrasound operations in order to complement screenings with mammography. In the future, mammograms will be complemented to a greater extent by tomosynthesis. As the department, hospital and region are fully digitalised, it will be possible to participate in the work of the hospital's other modalities and to voluntarily take on additional work at the region's Guarantee Clinic, which is located at Næstved Hospital and handles, among other things, assessments of MRI, CT and oncoradiological examinations that lie beyond the total capacity of the region.

Ringsted Hospital

Treatment of surgical breast disorders and breast cancer, alongside mammography screenings, are the primary functions of Ringsted Hospital. Ringsted Hospital undertakes all surgical treatment of breast disorders for the entire region, including breast cancer in particular. In addition, the region's centre for mammography screenings is also located at Ringsted Hospital. In support of these functions, the hospital also has the following specialisations at present:

  • Clinical biochemistry (only blood testing)
  • Anaesthesiology
  • Diagnostic Imaging
  • Clinical Pathology
