Rizzani de Eccher Denmark is looking for a Storekeeper to help build the New Bispebjerg Hospital in Copenhagen.

The project for the New Bispebjerg Hospital represents a key intervention within the vision proposed by the Capital Region of Denmark for the development of healthcare services in the area. The architectural complex develops in an area of around 77.500 sqm, within six pavilions will host a dense and widely articulated functional program. The three key departments will be: Emergency, Operation, and Radiology.

The New Bispebjerg Hospital represents the perfect union of quality and sustainability, in which the intrinsic plus value is constituted by a concerted and shared work between the various professionals involved.

The construction of the New Bispebjerg Hospital is moving fast and we are in need of more hands to help keep the process flowing. Therefore, we are looking for a Storekeeper to help with the logistics of the project.

Your daily tasks would among other consist of:

  • Receive, stock, issue Purchase Requests and deliver supplies
  • Handle material from start to finish, everything from partchecking deliveries for discrepancies, shortage, condition of received goods, to follow up on overdue deliveries. As well as prepare materials for shipments.
  • Issue tools and supplies,
  • Upkeeping of inventory stock items
  • Conduct periodic inventory and prepare inventory reports
  • Coordinate and book deliveries thorugh Client software
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers regarding shipments and deliveries

The ideal candidate would posses the following attributes:

  • Experience in Storekeeping/ Warehouse and inventory methods and procedures; Nomenclature, grades and classification of supplies and materials.
  • Proactive work attitude and able to work indepentently
  • Above average user of MS Office (Mainly excel, word, Outlook)
  • Ability to speak English at a high level, as our business language is English, and all communication will be in English.
  • Able to perfrm heavy duty manual work, when lifting and/or moving stock.
  • Certified user of Forklift and/ or Manitou
  • Experience on a large scaled construction project will be an advantage
