Your Responsibilities as Student Analyst
As a Student Analyst your responsibilities will mainly revolve around handling daily tasks concerning sales and business development towards the Norwegian market, while ensuring continuous profitability and growth. This will be done in close cooperation with internal stakeholders from various departments of the organization. Besides internal communication, you will also be responsible for contact with our external stakeholders together with the rest of the team.

In short, your responsibilities will entail:

  • Analysis of new products and business areas
  • Market research
  • Support and development of sales channels and customers
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the team with daily ad-hoc tasks (invoicing, order management, etc.)

Are you the right candidate?
You thrive in a dynamic culture and entrepreneurial work environment, where no two days are the same. You are self-driven, curious, and have an eye for business. Proactiveness and being able to work independently is a must, as you will be part of a small team where everybody needs to take responsibility. You need to be attentive to details and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment in a complex industry.

Furthermore, we expect that you:

  • Are currently studying a bachelor’s or first year of your master’s degree in business / economics, or similar
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • High proficiency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages, with the ability to understand Norwegian

Your Future Colleagues in the Norwegian Business Development Department
You will be a part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team located at Abacus Medicine’s headquarters in central Copenhagen. We are a small team consisting of one full-time employee, Sara, and one student, Siri. Sara started as a student 5 years ago and is now Country Manager for Finland and Norway. Siri is Student Analyst on her first year of her Master. When working as a Student Analyst within Norwegian Business Development, it is important to be proactive, as we are a small team where we juggle a number of various tasks. We work independently, but are sparring with each other continually. We also work closely with our colleagues from the Danish, Swedish and Finnish department - making the workday versatile, fun and inspiring. Even though we are busy, we focus on having a good time working together where everybody feels engaged.
