Student Assistant, Change Communications

A Student Assistant, Change Communications acts as support for the Change Communications Team.

Key responsibilities

•Assist with planning and organising events and meetings
•Create agendas and minute meetings
•Format powerpoint presentations
•Standardise and catalogue our change communications tools and processes
•Prepare news for the intranet
•General administrative tasks

We are looking for

•First or second semester of a Master Degree in business administration
•Some relevant work experience, e.g. from a previous student position

•Fluent in spoken and written English (Danish is not a requirement)
•Able to standardise and catalogue tools and templates
•Excellent Powerpoint skills – creating visually engaging content
•Able to draft creative copy
•Able to structure messages to make powerful and persuasive arguments
•You are a structured and process oriented person, with an eye to optimisation
•You are solution oriented. You can overcome challenges and barriers
•You will have strong people skills and are able to develop relationships with a wide range of people
•You are a team player
