We are looking for a Student Assistant to join the Client Insights team to assist the User Researchers in doing qualitative and quantitative research. If you are passionate about understanding clients and providing the best client experience this could be good role to learn and grow in.

At Client Insights, we do qualitative and quantitative research. We create surveys and perform one-on-one interviews to get a good understanding of who our clients are, what they expect from us, and if we deliver on our promise. Based on the insights, we then work closely together with other departments to improve our services, platforms and products with the aim of increasing our client satisfaction.

What are you going to do?

  • Assists User Researchers to do quantitative research:Design surveysAlign with various departments to collect the dataAnalyze results and create reports
  • Assists User Researchers to do qualitative research:Recruit participants for interviewsDesign moderation guidesAnalyze results and create reports
  • Maintain an international pool of clients who regularly participate in researchInvite clients for researchOptimize the process
  • Once you have been in the team for some time and feel comfortable in doing your own research, we support you in taking projects on your own.

    What do we ask?

  • You are energetic and eager to learn;
  • You are curious and understand the value of listening to clients to understand their needs better;
  • You are organized and are able to manage tasks from different projects at the same time;
  • You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing;
  • It is a clear advantage if you have an interest in trading and knowledge of how the financial markets work but not a pre-requisite
  • Affinity with doing user research e.g. background in or experience with Psychology, Anthropology, UX-Design or Service Design
