At our global headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be a part of our dedicated Marketing Program Management team in the global Marketing and eCommerce department in GN Hearing. The Marketing Program Management team runs the launch and long-term strategic planning and builds our network across 100+ countries?.
In our nimble team, we look ahead to ensure long-term strategic planning is in sync with our corporate strategy, business needs and operations?. We are placed at the heart of the organization and craft plans with clear targets, milestones and actions that enable our colleagues throughout the organization execute action projects and programs.
You will play an important role in building the marketing network and bringing us closer together in effective, professional, and social encounters.? ?You will collaborate with colleagues across the world and work with specialists from many functions to cascade our marketing materials, ensure transparency and make us work smarter?.
The opportunity we offer
Joining us in Ballerup as student assistant, you will be responsible for preparing our highly popular weekly meetings with more than 300 marketeers and product managers. You will also own our weekly newsletter and our marketing hub which contains important information for our campaigns, launches and strategies.
You will also get the chance to work on varying assignments and projects depending on our needs and your unique talents and interests.
Many tasks will play on your strengths in planning, coordinating and project management. Some tasks may stretch your current skills requiring analytical and strategic understanding e.g., when supporting with marketing dashboards, processes, and establishment of new systems.
Many tasks will have communication in their core like editing videos, preparing clear and compelling presentations and communication across functions and markets, when maintaining our marketing hub and preparing our internal weekly newsletter.
Certainly, a curious mindset, an outgoing connector, and a proactive nature are important traits for taking initiative – and you will learn new, exciting things every day!

The talents you bring
You are about to finish your bachelor’s degree or are on your first year of your master’s degree in e.g., marketing, communication, media, finance, business, or social sciences.
Joining us 15-20 hours per week, you will become a fully integrated member of our team. Excellent English is a must for the role. You will get to work with many colleagues and stakeholders across GN.
We prefer you to work from our office in Ballerup just outside Copenhagen as possible, while we enable flexible working.
