Student Assistant for Process Quality

At Sennheiser Communications we believe in premium quality in everything we do to give our customers a perfect sound experience, supreme wearing comfort and a genuine design of our headsets. With our headsets, our customers answer millions of calls each day, explore virtual gaming worlds or simply relax with their favourite music on the move.

Bring your improvement and process knowledge to the table

Great products are a result of great processes! As our Student Assistant for Process Quality, you will become part of our Quality & Support department and team up with our Process Quality Manager. Together, you make sure that our procedures and processes are up-to-date, that we are ready for internal and external audits and that new processes are incorporated in our Quality Management System (QMS).

How does this look like in real life? For example, when structures are changing at our parent company, we need to review our processes and update them. You will also join us at a time, at which we get ready for the second part of our yearly internal audit. We need you to extract data from our QMS, set it up in an easy to handle way in Excel and follow-through the process of reaching out to colleagues, gathering their input and implementing the changes in the QMS.

In short, you will:

  • Review processes and align with process owners on content
  • Implement general updates in our Quality Manual and QMS
  •  Assist in executing QA improvement tasks
  • Communicate with our colleagues in the entire company

Looking for eagle eyes and Excel sharks

This job is for you who wants to work with audits, processes and quality; topics that you usually cannot dive into deeply in your study programs. We do not expect that you have work knowledge in the field, yet you must bring the following:

  • Structured working methods and planning skills
  • Ability to document processes with eye for details
  • Strong interest in process development and documentation
  • Good working skills in Excel

You can commit to work 10-15 hours per week and have at least two years of your study time left.

Joining Sennheiser Communications

We offer you the opportunity to specialize yourself and stick out of the crowd with specialized knowledge. With this job, you will get end-to-end insights in most processes of a product developing company, and these insights can be used in many industries and job roles further on.

You will also be part of a larger group of student assistants in the company, so we understand the need for flexibility during exam periods and similar. We have an informal and international work environment, where you can bring your ideas to the table. Join and grow with us!

Application & Contact

We look very much forward to reading your application - please use the e-recruitment system and remember to attach your motivated application and a current CV in English only.

We review applications and invite candidates for interviews continually, so submit your application already today. We will close the position as soon as we have found the right person.
