Student Assistant in Business Support

About the department 
You will be part of a small business support team with 10 dedicated employees, located in Bagsværd. The department’s primary objective is to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy set out by management. This is achieved by driving a number of strategic projects across the area as well as providing strategic and data driven management support, for example in the form of various business cases, data analyses, different management reports and upper management presentations.

The position
As a Student Assistant in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Business Support, you will participate in various projects and task, always working closely together with one of our experienced business analysts or project managers.

Your primary responsibility will be related to maintain, optimise or develop tools in Excel and Tableau. Other tasks may include data gathering & analysis as well as optimisation of data flows and processes.

Weekly working hours is 8-10 hours. Schedule is flexible and can be agreed upon to accommodate for exams and other university/school obligations. Start date: as soon as possible.

You are a master degree student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant background with excellent academic results. You have a high personal drive, are easy-going and service minded and always eager to learn more. You have a high sense of detail and responsibility and always meet deadlines by approaching tasks in a structured and analytical way. High proficiency in Excel and VBA is a prerequisite and you should have a flair for designing data models that are well structured, easy to maintain and look visually appealing. Knowledge to Tableau will also be an advantage. Finally, you are fluent in written and spoken English.
