Grow within the Network Finance team
The Network Finance Team supports the execution of Pandora’s network strategy by driving best practices and enabling fact-based decision making. It plays a major role in optimizing the store network by providing analysis and recommendations for store openings and closings, lease renewals and similar. You will have the opportunity to gain close insight into the business while supporting with daily tasks. More specifically, you will:
- Support the bi-weekly business case review process
- Upload business cases to support the hindsight reporting
- Help in the monthly/quarterly network reporting
- Assist the budget/forecast network processes/controlling
- Conduct various ad-hoc analyses

Versatile team-player with positive attitude
If you are a great communicator with high sense of responsibility and attention to detail, you may be the person we’re looking for. Analytical skills are a key to success, and you should also have a proactive personality and good time management skills to effectively support the team with daily tasks. Additionally, we hope to see that:
- You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar – ideally with 2 years before you graduate.
- You have strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- You are a competent user of Microsoft Office and have advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools is considered a plus.
Your new team
The purpose of the Global Commercial Finance function is to provide strategic advice and challenge the CCO to help drive and impact business performance. The team is forward looking and creates value by improving the quality of decisions, which are made through insights and challenge. Global Commercial Finance works closely with Cluster Finance Directors and their teams to drive global priorities (retail excellence, network strategy, store management etc.).
You will be part of an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate and performance-driven people that work closely together, help each other out and like to have fun.
Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
