We Offer

“Out of Harm’s Way” is Maersk Drilling’s HSSE strategy. This means that every individual at the work place is protected from harm at all times. Our philosophy is to firstly eliminate the possibility of harm and if that is not possible then to ensure effective health & safety barriers between the person and the risk he/she is exposed to in the work place.

The main purpose of the Development team is to develop and deliver high quality organizational solutions to identified Health, Safety and Environmental challenges. Solutions can range from new projects and campaigns to continuous improvement and efficiency drives that serve to progress the Out of Harm’s Way philosophy.
