The position

You will report to the Service Delivery Manager and as part of the Design team, your tasks will include:

  • Maintain a client-facing tool;
  • Client support in the ticketing system;
  • Create reports and dashboards in the ticketing system;
  • Work with contracts;
  • Administer internal tools;
  • You will work with another student assistant in the team and working with other team members and teams daily. You can look forward to a steep learning curve owing to the complexity of SimCorp's business, but simultaneously a relaxed workplace.

    Additionally, there is a growing student community in the Copenhagen office and with the restrictions slowly being lifted, student assistants from different departments will be soon able to meet up again in SimCorp's famous Flemmings Frikvarter (company bar).

    The team

    The Design team is part of the XaaS (Everything as a Service) Delivery organization that oversees SimCorp's service solutions. The team contributes in the organization as it designs service solutions offered to clients and defines internal processes that affect other teams.

    We are 20+ colleagues in the XD Design team working from different locations globally, around 12 are based in Copenhagen. They participate in many activities such as solution architecture, presales, sales, compliance and work with the other teams in the organization on a daily basis. This creates an exposure to many knowledge and issues, and in turn, an exciting and.

    About you

    You are about to start your 1st or 2nd year of bachelor's degree with a focus on business and technology such as International Business, Business Administration & Service Management, Business Administration & Digital Management or the likes.

    Considering the nature of the tasks, we are looking for someone who is

  • A team player;
  • Interested in technology;
  • Structured
  • Keen about different areas of the business;
  • Experience or knowledge with Monday.com, Salesforce.
