Student worker to join our Global End-User Support Training team

Student worker to join our Global End-User Support Training team

Are you looking for an opportunity to flex your academic brain with real-word challenges in a global company? Would you like to grow your experiences working with technology adoption?

We need your brain!

You will join our small team of IT consultants, supporters and trainees. We help our colleagues get the best professional use out of the IT tools and services available to them and enable them to become more understanding and autonomous in their daily work. We do this by teaching, training and consulting our colleagues in addition to playing a key role in new employees first experiences with IT at the LEGO Group.

You will have a supporting role in changing our team, from offering services based on business demand and best guesses, to a state where we are actively using the data available to us, and our knowledge of our colleagues to proactively shape our services to better fit their needs.

You can expect to be asked to find trends in our colleagues’ requests, conduct interviews with our colleagues to get detailed feedback, and finding a way to measure how well our colleagues are adopting new technologies. These tasks are just our initial ideas. You will have a lot of freedom to put your own touch on each of your tasks and define new ways to get to know our colleagues.

Are you the right candidate?

We fully respect that you are dedicated to your studies. Thus, your working hours will be adapted to this and you may also use the LEGO Group as a case for one of your papers.

To apply for the student worker position, you:

- Are studying at a university or business school but most importantly, you are curious and have a strong motivation to be part of our transformation

- Have some basic skills in transforming data (maybe in Excel) into knowledge

- Are comfortable reaching out to people you have not met yet

- Have good communication skills and are comfortable speaking and writing English

Join the global LEGO® Family

In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment. A student job is about gaining experience and not delivering it from day one. We look very much forward to reading your application.

If you would like to know more about the position, please call Robert Kristensen on +45 5234 2572 or Sadak Halil on +45 5234 2637.

We do not have application deadlines on any of our positions. We take candidates into the recruitment process continuously and fill the position once we have found the right candidate.
